We are a walk-in clinic for all services except surgeries, and we are always accepting new patients.
A current examination within the last 12 months is required prior to scheduling surgery. For dental procedures, a current exam within the last 6 months is required.
Surgery drop-off is between 8:00–9:00 AM. Arriving after 9:00 AM may result in loss of the appointment and rescheduling.
To prepare for surgery, please do not feed your pet after 10:00 PM the night before or the morning of the procedure. Water is permitted. If your pet eats a full meal prior to surgery, your appointment may be canceled for safety reasons.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on medications.
Food purchased through our clinic may be returned in accordance with Purina’s return policy.
We value our staff as much as our patients. Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. Thank you for treating our team with courtesy and respect.
Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans.
